FOR BESPOKE FABRICATION
James Engineering Services started life in the mid-seventies and has since been involved with a wide variety of engineering and fabrication activities at all levels across a wide range of disciplines and industries.
Recent semi-retirement gives the owner, Bill James, the freedom of indulging his passion for unique design and fabrication by selecting jobs that are interesting and which many fabricators might shy away from.
JESFab is unashamedly a one-man-band which means that there is only one person involved in the whole design and fabrication process from start to finish. Fortunately, after 55 years of involvement in engineering and fabrication, Bill has picked up quite a few useful skill sets that enable him to do this very effectively.
JESFab has a well-equipped workshop in Osborne Park and a wide network of contacts to support bespoke fabrication in steel and aluminium using CNC plasma-cutting, laser-cutting, MIG and TIG welding, punching, guillotining, folding and drilling.
Your unique ideas and plans can be brought to life with JESFab’s custom fabrication services. Whether your job is a simple one-off mounting bracket or a complex architectural frame, Bill is committed to turning your concept into reality. Where the nature of the job dictates, the individual part or the whole project can be modelled in 3D software to visualise the end product and identify constructability issues before production.
Based on your ideas, assistance with prototype design and fabrication can be applied to a wide range of items including commercial plant and equipment, security screens, wall art, sculptures and furniture.
